Join Save Our Springs for a day of exploration and connection just a hop, skip, and a jump away on our San Marcos Mini Snorkel Retreat, led by biologist Justin Crow from the San Marcos Aquatic Resources Center. This is your chance to experience the legendary spring fed San Marcos River with a super fun and knowledgeable crew - and we will do the driving! From now until Wednesday, June 11, we are offering tickets for $99. After that, tickets will go up to $125.

WHEN: Saturday, June 28 - 7 AM to meet your guides and your fellow snorkel buddies. We will be departing at 7:30 and route to San Marcos is 45 minutes. We will be in water approximately 1 hour. We plan to back in Austin by 2 pm.
WHERE: Meet at SOS Headquarters 3201 Menchaca Rd, Look for the RED DOOR! Parking available in back lot or street parking on adjacent Glen Allen St. We will be getting in the water at City Park and getting out at Rio Vista Park. Lunch at Herbert's Taco Shack will be included with ticket!
WHAT TO BRING: WEAR YOUR SWIMSUIT and wear long sleeve swimwear if needed to stay warm, also water bottle, towel, and good vibes. Snorkel and mask provided as well as car snacks and lunch after our tour! Snorkel gear provided (bring your own PFD if desired — we do not supply life vests)
*IMPORTANT* Please read waiver and you may sign a hard copy before the tour begins. Participants with underlying health conditions that may impact their ability to navigate steep hills and rough terrain are strongly advised to seek medical clearance prior to engaging in our rigorous hikes. If participants) use an INHALER and/or require EPINEPHRINE (EpiPen), they are responsible for bringing their medication for self-administration.
